Sell it and buy a mustang gt. Buicks are old man cars. They were never designed to be fast.

Funny you say that. The Lacrosse super is almost as fast a mustang GT stock for stock. You're at a loss of making it faster, other than high stall torque converter, tuning, exhaust, intake, and a forced induction or nitrous. Find a FWD GM site, they'd know where to get parts.

Re: How to make Buick Lacrosse CXL 05' Faster?
I have an 06 LaCrosse CSX and found it lacking in low end torque but after installing an K+N air fliter to the standard box and a chip programmer and a power mass air flow sensor, I have a lot of low end torque now. I did try the cold air intake but found more airflow just with the power mass air sensor and the standard K+N air fliter

That MAF sensor is garbage. Who or what brand is the chip programmer? Sell both and lookup PCMforless.com. They alone will gain you more power than that chip or that worthless Aftermarket MAF did.

They are both Jet products and have made a real difference in low end torque. Have you tried PCMforless? what were your experiences and results?

Re: How to make Buick Lacrosse CXL 05' Faster?
Trust me, that "real world" difference is learned by the PCM and then negated, and you're out the price. PCMForless has been tuning for years. My original tune from my car came from them. Anything GM can do to your PCM they can to. handheld programmers are limited, and as I mentioned aftermarket MAFs just trick the PCM into running leaner.
A stock LS1 MAF will support up to 450rwhp. Your MAF is not a restriction.

You make perfect sense! I did some research on PCMforless and Trifecta and it looks real nice. I have an email into them now. You don't know anyone in the market for some "jet performance" products do you? LOL

Okay, I talked to Vince at Trifecta and they don't have a tuning for my '06 3.6L VVT Engine!
