I love them. Good to see GM letting their engineers do the design work again, rather than the bean-counters, maybe things will turn around for them now. I believe they are built on the same platform as the new Malibu. And with the new 60-day money back guarantee from GM, if you dont like it you can always take it back!

Re: Whay is your view on the new 2010 Buick Lacrosse?
GM doesn't own Lincoln... FORD does.
I think it may well have been wise to shut-down Pontiac. They shut-down Oldsmobile a few years ago, and they needed to. If the numbers don't justify their existence, they should be cut; esp in this economic climate.
I've seen far more Buicks on the roads over the last 10 years, than either Pontiac or the former Oldsmobile offerings.
Saturn is a different bag. I'm interested to see how that will all pan-out. I think they will be back, perhaps with a different badge.

I think GM has a winner here!
My local dealer can't keep these in stock. They've ordered one to fit my wants and it should be in by the end of November.
I've researched this car for 2 months now and I can't find anything that would be a deal breaker for me.
I'm 46 and I'm excited about the new LaCrosse! My first car was a hand me down 1970 LeSabre, I'm looking forward to getting behind the wheel of a Buick once again!

Attractive car, inside and out. Main weakness is it's too heavy for the 3.0--3.6 should be base engine, or at least available with AWD. Visibility also compromised by very thick pillars.

Hello All
I have been VERY impressed with this 2010 Lacrosse especially with the AWD! I will be seriously shopping in the Spring. If I can get a tow hitch
It will probably be my next ride!
Buy American!
Regards
Dante

If they bump up the CXS' engine to 300 hp, offer it with AWD, and shave 400-500 pounds off of it, they will really have something.

Re: Whay is your view on the new 2010 Buick Lacrosse?
Bought the 2010 CXS 2 weeks ago and think it is great. All the bells and whistles, style, confort and not the ole man's Buick that it was previously know as. I personally believe the 280Hp is more than enough. If you want a dragster, buy something else. This is plush and $10,000 less than a Cady with the same options. In fact the Cady charges much more for the same color, options, etc.
The only thing that I don't like is where the memory seat buttons are located on the side of the driver seat. I believe it should be somewhere on the dash. Just MHO. For those of you who own one - What are your comments.
